We create every Energy Experience customized. With an intake and a follow-up interview, we tailor the set perfectly to the goal and target group of your event. This is how we guarantee maximum impact and an experience that fits seamlessly.

About us

The Energy Experience is organized by Energy Up. Energy Up creates energizers, workshops and team activities that have a lasting impact. No standard programs, but unique experiences that change the energy in a group. Through physical experience, we increase vitality and performance within organizations. Can the session also take place outside?
Yes, the session can certainly also take place outside! We provide a power bank ourselves so that everything runs smoothly. All we ask is whether two tables can be made available for the activity.
How long does the session last?
The ideal duration of the energizer is between 45 and 60 minutes. This offers enough time for an effective session, where we optimally increase the participants' energy and focus. We are happy to adjust the duration based on your business event and goals.
Can you also provide the session in English?
Yes, absolutely! Our coaches are multilingual and can easily provide the session in English. Whether you have an international team or an English-speaking audience, we'll make sure the experience is effective and energetic, no matter the language.
Can you also do it while sitting?
Yes, the session can also be performed while sitting! We adapt our setup to your situation and take into account the available space. If you have a theater setup and no time to move seats, we'll make sure the session runs smoothly without you having to change the space.
How big should the space be?
The more room to move, the better. But we can adapt to (almost) all spaces. We recommend reserving at least 1 m² per participant, plus approximately 5 m² for our coaches as space to move around. This is how we ensure an optimal experience for everyone.
What do you provide and what does the event location provide?
We bring: Two enthusiastic coaches, a complete technical set and enough headphones for all participants.

What we ask of the event location: Two tables — one for the technology set, preferably in the back of the room or on a stage, and one at the entrance to put down the headphones. In addition, it is useful if power is available with the technology set and when the air conditioning in the room is on for a comfortable environment.
Do participants have to wear sports clothes?
No, it is not necessary for participants to wear sportswear.
Will the participants sweat?
In general, the participants do not sweat, even men in suits participate in the Energy Experience. However, if participants participate very fanatically, it is of course possible that they will sweat.
What time do you arrive at the location?
Our coaches ensure that they are at the location of your business event 45 to 60 minutes before the start. This way, they can prepare the unique energizer in peace and quiet.
Can you also come and build earlier? After all, there is also a session before your session starts in the same room.
By default, we arrive at location a maximum of 60 minutes before the start time to assemble. Starting to build earlier is also possible for an additional fee.
Are you coming by car?
Yes, we come by car. We always try to carpool but count on 2 cars just to be on the safe side.
Is the Energy Experience suitable for groups where participants don't know each other?
Yes, absolutely! The Energy Experience has been specially designed so that even strangers feel at ease. The coaches create a safe and accessible atmosphere so that everyone can participate with confidence.
