After a magical edition at Lago Lago, we were at Awakenings Festival this weekend. And it turned out again: festival energy is more than just partying late into the night.

During multi-day festivals, more and more visitors are not only looking for peaks, but also for moments of rest. After nights of dancing, little sleep and plenty of stimuli, the need for recovery, relaxation and real connection is greater than ever. Energy Up responds to that — with a surprising program that offers exactly that balance.
Ice bath, sound healing & supping — your reset between raves
Our zone became a resting place in the middle of the site. Visitors came to us:
- For an ice bath — an intense reset for body and mind
- To paddle — literally take a step back, bobbing on the water
- For sound healing — deep relaxation in a safe, warm setting
- And for a festive ending: Techno bingo, full of beats and crazy prizes
What started as a 'bonus' turned out to be the highlight of their day for many visitors: conversations started, stress disappeared and tired faces started to glow again.
Multi-day festivals are becoming more complete
Where festivals used to be about going on until you drop, a different rhythm is now emerging. Especially at multi-day festivals, we see a shift: in addition to parties, there is an increasing need for recharging, connection and awareness. Not just standing on, but also being able to stand still for a while. Not just go, go, go — but also recover.
